To reserve a vacation property a  50% deposit is  required the property is reserved for you as soon as we receive the deposit.The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. In Case of cancellation: life is full of surprises and sometimes you need to cancel, if you need to cancel and your arrival date is longer than 1 month away we reimburse you your deposit minus a $ 75,- dollar booking and administration fee. If you cancel within a month before arrival we can ONLY reimburse you if we find a replacement tenant for the time you reserved. 

 Smoking is not permitted in any of the rental properties.  bedlinnens, towels and kitchen utensils are provided with each property.  Pets are permitted in some of the properties with the owner's permission. Please see the listing details .

All our vacation properties are privately owned , you basically rent someone`s home and not a standard vacation property. Each home is unique and decorated tastefull.  We Hope you consider booking your holiday with us and already wish you a great Nova Scotia Holiday!
